So, when he comes home pale and beat up Meg chose to believe it’s due to the bullying. She doesn’t want to believe that something is seriously wrong with her brother.
She decides to take it upon herself to confront the principal, Mr. Jenkins, about the treatment of Charles Wallace. When she makes her way to the school so encounters the bad guy. This novel has a whole new bad guy.
They’re called the Echtroi and their goal is to ruin all goodness. Meg, Calvin, and Mr. Jenkins travel through time and space as they race against the clock to save Charles Wallace’s life from the Echtroi.
