All Together Now

Our Stories Our Voices Edited by Amy Reed

This collection of essays ame at the right time for me. While this book is four years old the feelings of restlessness, hopelessness, and injustice are still relevant. The fact that these feelings of despair are still relevant is very sad, but also uplifting. It gives me hope that there is a community of people who know how it feels and try to commune with like minds who have had similar experiences and are still standing.

It gives me peace to know that we’re not alone in these feelings. To know that there are people out there who are fighting for change and for justice.
