First Impressions

The Wedding Party (The Wedding Date #3)

I usually don’t like the enemies to lovers trope. But I don’t think this is a true ETL. Maddie and Theo didn’t like each other but they disliked each other based on a misunderstanding. Theo, to people who don’t know him, can come off as snobby and prudish. Maddie can come off as a stuck up party girl. But once all their preconceived notions were stripped away they saw the real person.

The funny thing is they both were falling in love when they started to really get to know each other. They tried to talk themselves out of, stating the other person was still the horrible person they thought they were but sex was clouding their judgement. First impressions color the rest of our relationships, but should they?
